Jürgen Müller

Jürgen Müller studied Art History, German Studies, and Philosophy at the Ruhr-Universität Bochum. He received his PhD from the Ruhr-Universität Bochum in 1991, his habilitation followed in 2001/02 at the University of Kassel. Before joining the Technische Universität Dresden in 2002, he was a guest professor at Sorbonne Nouvelle (Paris III), U.F.R. Cinéma et Audiovisuel (2000-2002); at the Hochschule der Künste, Berlin; at the Philipps-Universität Marburg; and the Université Michel de Montaigne, Bordeaux III. Jürgen Müller also works as a free-lance journalist and curator (e.g. in 1999/2000 he was responsible for the exhibition „Der Ball ist rund“ in the Gasometer/Oberhausen).
